Qualifications Needed

• Possess a valid Driver's License

• Successfully complete a DOT Physical and Drug Test

• Pass a criminal background check

• Clean driving record

• Be at least 23 years old

• Demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills

• Exhibit strong Communication skills

• Maintain positive relationships with all client accounts

• Pay attention to detail

• Effectively manage time to meet deadlines

• Arrive at work punctually

• Capable of assisting in loading and unloading patients

• Drive vehicles safely

• Keep uniform and vehicle in good condition

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements promptly to supervisor or designated personnel

Compensation | Terms & Conditions​

• Drivers are compensated based on mileage, receiving 70% of the total amount.

• They are required to cover their own fuel expenses.

• Drivers are accountable for any repairs needed for their vehicle.

• When operating a Minnie’s Transportation vehicle, drivers will receive a reduced payment of 40% of the mileage rate.
